Office responsibilities

1. Responsible for implementing major decisions, important work and instructions of leaders. Participate in the administration of government affairs and coordinate the work of various departments of the school.

2. According to the school plan, formulate the office academic year and semester work plan, earnestly organize and implement various work, and do the work assignment, study and training of the staff in the undergraduate office.

Iii. Responsible for the comprehensive coordination, contact and reception of daily affairs of the school, drafting and distributing school documents and speeches of leaders, etc. To organize and formulate rules and regulations of the school, and to release the notices, circulars and notices on administrative matters in the name of the school.

Iv. Responsible for organizing and coordinating large-scale meetings and activities, preparing relevant materials and meeting minutes.

Responsible for party construction, administration, personnel, labor and management, archives management, use and preservation of school official seals, and assisting the educational administration department to complete the professional title assessment of teachers and staff. Be responsible for the school administration document, letter receive and receive processing, do well in time the document classification, sort out and file. To be responsible for the management of political study and ideological education of the university staff.

Vii. Responsible for school image publicity, outreach work and related materials sorting.

Viii. Responsible for the management, use and maintenance of school vehicles.

Ix. Responsible for organizing and arranging the middle-level responsible person's duty work on holidays and holidays.

X. responsible for completing the work of establishing provincial civilized units undertaken by the undergraduate office.

Xi. Complete other temporary work assigned by school leaders.
